How it works

One question. Seven steps. One result.

Each step hands the work to the next, so you never switch tools.

STEP 01

Sign in. Your lab is ready.

One click with Google. Your cloud workspace and AI models are set up for you. No keys, no installs.

STEP 02

Ask in your words.

Type or talk, in Arabic or English. The voice assistant keeps your hands free at the bench.

STEP 03

It reads the papers.

Searches PubMed and arXiv, saves PDFs to your Super Brain, and links every answer to its source.

What is Ebonex?

Ebonex is one AI assistant for researchers. It reads scientific papers, runs analysis and molecular docking on your computer or on cloud GPUs, schedules long jobs, shows results in an interactive 3D viewer, and writes the report.

Who is Ebonex for?

Researchers, graduate students, university labs and biotech or pharma teams working in computational chemistry, structural biology and drug discovery.

Does my data leave my computer?

No. Files and results stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded without your explicit approval.

Do I need my own API key?

No. Managed AI models are included with your account. You can also bring your own key.

Which tools does Ebonex run?

Molecular docking with HADDOCK3, structure preparation, the Mol* 3D viewer, literature search on PubMed and arXiv, and any tool or skill you install from the Marketplace.

How does GPU pricing work?

Before a heavy job runs, Ebonex shows the estimated hours and price. You top up credit and pay only for the hours you use. Some plans include free hours.

Can I control Ebonex remotely?

Yes. Every account gets a cloud workspace, so you can start jobs on your desktop and follow them from Telegram, wherever you are.

Does docking work on Windows?

Yes, through Ebonex Cloud GPUs. Running HADDOCK3 locally needs Linux, macOS or WSL.

Is Ebonex available in Arabic?

Yes. You can talk to Ebonex in Arabic or English, and the app supports right-to-left layout.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes the desktop app with local tools. Students and researchers can start with Google in one click.

Can my lab work together?

Yes. The Lab plan adds shared library, agent teams and an admin panel for members and billing.

How do I sign up?
